February 5th is Disaster Day. What natural disaster are you most scared of experiencing?

This is one that is very clear to me. Tornadoes.   I've been through a few of them and I don't like them at all.
I'll be one of the first to hex to the basement.  They are so unpredictable and quick and powerful.. I guess the fact that it's a force of nature that can really sneak up on you..
 Of course, I have not been through an earthquake yet... so, I'll let you know if I have to update this...

I am passing this on to you because it definitely works and we could all use a little more calmness in our lives. By following simple advice heard on the Dr. Phil show, you too can find inner peace. Dr. Phil proclaimed, 'The way to achieve inner peace is to finish all the things you have started and have never finished.

So, I looked around my house to see all the things I started and hadn't finished, and before leaving the house this morning,
-I finished a bottle of Merlot, a bottle of Zinfandel, a bottle of Bailey's Irish Cream (with a pot of coffee), a bottle of Kahlua, a package of Oreos, the remainder of my old Prozac prescription, the rest of the Cheesecake, some Doritos, and a box of chocolates.  

You have no idea how freaking good I feel right now!
